Says He's Fine

It started on a class junket

Two kids at the backseat of a school bus, they talked to no one then

A joke by one of the students made her smile and his heart smiled back

An introduction, smiles and a few meetings in the local park did it

Their hearts wanted to try

They had to try

Two teenagers in middle school

Matching outfits, the things they tried to hide

He did letters, his handwriting on many sample papers

Skipping classes and craving chances

They enjoyed it then

Their hearts enjoyed it

He drowns in agony

The beauty of love has turned to claws

His heart chained in eternal faults

It had to try, now tears of agony it cries

A perfect love story turned into skips of wide strides

Happy he still got the pieces of his heart broken to mere dust..

Ask him of how he's doing

Tap her shoulder, ask her of how she's coping without him

She'll say it's fine staying this way

Not getting calls, at least no one to criticize her ways

All the things they wanted so bad, now in waste

Ask him

He'll say he's Just fine...
