How bad it would hurt
Look at her
Broken and torn apart
She can't even tell her feelings apart
For a simple reason, that earlier she departed
That she began unready...
Gave her heart away at sixteen
The guy gave it a stab, only remained a small piece ( maybe to make another start)
Now she weeps at the stars
And wonder why, so early, she had to bear the scars
Why she never knew how bad it would hurt...
Demons in her mind; "find a cliff and jump"
Battles every last of these thoughts, maybe part of her is smart
She lies down and curse her heart, swears never to love again
With all might she picks up herself
And make ways to the city of shells
To find another, another shell; in which a better shelter she would get
Maybe, just maybe she'll love again
