Forgive me for that stain in your heart, wish I could wipe it clean 

Forgive me for bringing out the worst in you, one nobody had ever seen

Making cries your late night song, tears part of your face 

Forgive me for betraying you, never viewed as you claimed; not a puppet 

Forgive me, for I know you're still healing

I only hope your heart gives another a chance, someone who will never again remind you of this feeling
